The Polehampton Swimming Association exists to provide a
swimming pool
for the use of Polehampton Schools and the local community and is a
registered charity. The pool is in the grounds of Polehampton Junior
School, Kibblewhite Crescent, Twyford.
Membership
Open to all families living in Twyford, Ruscombe, Hurst and
Charvil and families with children attending any of the associated schools
or registered pre-schools. Residents of these areas must become members in order
to use the pool.
Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult
at all
times.
Rules
All the
rules of the association
are displayed at the pool and members are obliged to be conversant with them.
FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES MAY RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP BEING
WITHDRAWN.
Cost
There is an all inclusive charge of £30.00 per family for the
season. See

Entry
Only on production of a current membership card. The PSA reserves the
right to refuse membership and/or admission. Pool opening is subject to
adequate volunteer
helpers.
Pool Supervision
We are entirely dependent upon
voluntary pool-side help from members. Without
the required level of help, a session will be canceled. If you can help please
contact Sharon Searle on 0118 934 2040.
Visitors
Visitors from outside the area may use the pool but must be accompanied
and signed in by a fully paid up member. A charge of
£2.00 per visitor will be made.
Facilities
Fully tiled open air heated pool, 25 metres long. Changing rooms and
showers.

The pool opens on Monday 10th May. 2010. We have a variety of sessions to suit
all ages - please see opening times below.

Adult Swimming

rd September, the 7.00 - 8.00 p.m. session will be for adults only and
will run on Mondays, Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays.
Swimming Lessons
We are hoping to run swimming lessons under the tuition of a qualified coach
during the summer holidays. For further details please contact

Under Fives
The pool is open for the sole use of members with children
under five years of age from 10th May to 3rd September
on Mondays and Fridays between 11.45 - 1.00 pm.
Helpers are required for all sessions.
